Each classroom will be allowed 3 total volunteers per holiday party: Room Coordinator and two party volunteers per party.
Only Room Coordinators will be allowed to attend both the fall and Valentine's Day parties.
You may only sign up for ONE classroom per party. This means you cannot sign up to help with the fall party for both your first grader AND your third grader. You will be removed from one of the parties if you sign up for more than one.
You may only sign up to help with ONE party per classroom. This means you cannot sign up to help with both the fall and Valentine's Day parties for the same class, unless there are no other parents who volunteer.

Please only sign up one adult per student for one of the two annual classroom parties to ensure as many families as possible can participate.
